How AI is Changing My Workflow

AI is no longer a futuristic fantasy. It’s here and already integrated into our workflows in ways we might not even realize. As a marketer, I’ve started relying on AI tools to automate tedious tasks, speed up decision-making, and even enhance creativity.

Where AI Helps Me the Most

1. Design Exploration:

• Tools like Figma’s AI features allow me to generate UI ideas instantly.

• I can prototype variations of a component faster without constant manual tweaks.

2. Performance Workflow:

• ChatGPT significantly sped up my content creation by suggesting related copy, hashtags and scheduling best post times.

3. Copywriting & Editing:

• AI-powered tools like Grammarly check for easy-to-miss grammatical mistakes and speech inconsistencies to ensure the work I produce sounds like me without error.

• Automating these checks allows me to focus on writing and designing, rather than manually scouring for incorrectly placed punctuation on every line.

The Future of AI in Design & Engineering

We’re still in the early days of AI-powered workflows. In the near future, I expect AI to handle more complex strategic planning, predict design trends from user behaviour, and even generate full-fledged brand kits from written descriptions.

However, I don't believe AI will replace marketers or creators — it will simply augment our creativity and efficiency. The real challenge is knowing when to trust AI and when to rely on human intuition.

AI is rapidly transforming how we work, but the key to using it effectively is understanding its strengths and weaknesses. The best workflows will combine human creativity with AI-powered automation to build better products, faster.
